About the Choir
The Wyoming Children’s Honor Choir is a state project of the Wyoming ACDA (American Choral Directors Association). The Honor Choir originated in Casper 1996 as an opportunity for ACDA members and their students, open to trios of boys and girls who are in 4th through 8th grade, and currently participating in a community children’s choir, church choir, or school choir. Singers must have unchanged voices, consistently match pitch, and be considered outstanding singers with quality musicianship. Conductors who sponsor singers for the Wyoming Children’s Honor Choir must be members of ACDA, or may pay an additional fee to participate.
